The Pond Homes
Waterfront living on the beautiful Mill Pond. Each Pond home features two king en-suite bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living area, and a full kitchen. Wake up to breathtaking sunrises over the water, unwind by the indoor gas fireplace, and gather around your own private fire pit on the deck. Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and coastal-inspired décor throughout. Pets welcome.
The Courtyard Homes
Set around the large communal lawn — the heart of The Commons. Each Courtyard home features two king en-suite bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen. Steps from the shared firepits, BBQ grills, and lawn games, with easy access to the game room. Indoor gas fireplace, smart TVs, Wi-Fi. Pets welcome.
The Roadside Homes
Our best-value homes — same comfort, friendlier price. One king bed downstairs and two twin beds upstairs make these a favorite for families with kids. Sofa bed in the living area, full kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, smart TV, Wi-Fi. Roadside homes sit closest to Highway 101, so each includes a noise-canceling sound machine, with complimentary earplugs available on request. Pets welcome.
