With 24 two-bedroom, two-bath homes arranged around a shared courtyard on Mill Pond, everyone gets their own space and nobody has to say goodnight early. Each home sleeps up to 6, so we can comfortably host groups from 12 to 140+.
Turn the Property into Your Venue
When you book all 24 homes, The Commons becomes yours — courtyard, firepits, conference room, and game room included. The game room reconfigures for whatever you're hosting: wedding receptions, family reunions and celebrations, corporate retreats and offsites, and small conferences and workshops all fit comfortably, with room for up to ~100 guests.
We don't stock tables and chairs for events, but we'll happily share our trusted local vendor list for rentals, catering, and everything in between. Tell us what you're planning and we'll help you build it.
